Heads up! On October 1, we introduced Gitpod Flex. You can swap between documentation by using the switcher in the left navigation bar.

Contribute Content

Creating content (blog posts, YouTube and TikTok videos, presentations and demos) that shares tips+tricks and your experiences with Gitpod is amongst one of the most impactful ways you can help contribute. Everyone at Gitpod including our founders, engineers and product managers loves reading and watching content created by people in our community.

Gitpod maintains an invitational showcase of community contributed guides which are used to highlight content that is hosted elsewhere. Please do not raise pull-requests to the website that adds guides or blog posts without prior discussion and consent.

Instead follow the IndieWeb guidelines of POSSE when authoring content by posting first on your own site/channel. By posting content first on your own site/channel then a direct feedback cycle forms between you and your readership through ownership of your content that helps you to improve your content.

After the content has been published please:

  1. Send a tweet that mentions the @Gitpod Twitter account which will broadcast the content internally within the company.

  2. Add a link to the content at https://github.com/shaal/awesome-gitpod

Thanks 🧡
