Heads up!
On October 1, we introduced Gitpod Flex. You can swap between documentation by using the
switcher in the left navigation bar.
Projects
Projects allow you configure the Repository, Runner and Environment configuration to enable one-click creation of Environments which satisfy your Organizational needs through standardization.
Create a project
As an organization admin, you will be instructed to set up a project as part of your onboarding experience. Additional projects can be created by an Organization administrator.
Throughout the Project creation process, we’ll prompt you to specify the Repository URL, the name of the Project and to choose the Environment Class which will be used for the Project as well as default devcontainer configuration, or Automations. You can change these at any time after the project is created as well.
