Collaborator Role for restricted access to Gitpod

Organization owners can now invite individuals as Collaborators to an organization with restricted access to only start workspaces. Collaborators cannot access any other organization resources like usage, members, or projects. To change the role of a member to a Collaborator, visit the members page in your organization.
